RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return a purchase, you are eligible for a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery on unworn, unused and undamaged items in their original LAÔMA box and packaging. Items have to be in perfect condition.

Send us an email at info@laomaatelier.com with a return request within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please make sure to include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will get back to you with further instructions and address information.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping & taxes/ duties costs.

Custom made items or items with personalization such as an engraved piece are not eligible for a return.

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

For an exchange of an item: Please return the item you want to exchange and order your new item separately. 

LAÔMA ATELIER reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the the requirements of our return policy.

If you are unsure about your size, please make sure to check our size guide beforehand to avoid size exchanges.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please get in touch with us immediately to resolve the issue. In the case of a proved manufacturing fault (proof of photo showing the default needed) noticed within 7 days of receipt, a replacement is issued.

A piece damaged to normal wear and tear will not be eligible for a refund.

As all our jewelry is handcrafted, there might be slight differences in color, surface or small imperfections due to the nature of skilled handwork.
