LAÔMA ATELIER is a creative studio grounded in kindness, consciousness and intuitive crafting. Founded by Laura and Martine Feiereisen, two artists working at the intersection of jewelry and objects, the studio approaches adornment as a form
of wearable art.
Rooted in an avant-garde sensibility, LAÔMA ATELIER’s dream-like jewelry pieces and
body adornments are a journey of self-exploration. The meditative state of being fully immersed in the present moment can be found in the sister duo’s fluidly sculpted jewelry pieces that they design and handcraft in small batches. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and hand-sculpted using responsibly-sourced and recycled materials. They handcraft their molten
creations in their own workshop in Luxembourg, ensuring a conscious and
responsible production process. Viewing jewelry as an extension to one’s body and mind, they intend to pass on awareness and intention to the wearer.
Their collections have been presented internationally in Paris, New York, Berlin, London, Milan, Copenhagen, Luxembourg, Stockholm and Sydney, alongside an ongoing collaboration with Reiner Upcycling at Galleries Lafayette Paris. Their work has also been exhibited at the Benaki Museum Athens, the National Museum of Decorative Arts Madrid and RVNHUS Gallery in Kolding, Denmark.
LAÔMA ATELIER’s objects extend this exploration into larger dimensions, where fluidity, form, and material transformation unfold at scale. Influenced by yoga, 90’s
subcultures, and otherworldly sensibilities, their work navigates the balance between hardness and softness, function and ornament, intimacy and space. Their practice explores how intimate material languages can expand into immersive
environments, where objects dissolve their fixed function and become part of a
broader atmospheric experience.
Expanding their design language into the everyday rituals of care, LAÔMA ATELIER introduces a dog bed and bowl stand, an extension of their Pierced Cosmic Flower Chair that has been shown at Milan Design Week into the world of companion objects. Maintaining the same distinctive vocabulary, the pieces translate the floral silhouette and
signature piercings into forms designed for dogs, where function meets adornment. Their Pierced Cosmic Flower Dog Bed was showcased at Deoron during 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen and was featured by Hypebeast / Hypeform as well as Living Corriere and Dezeen.
Moving between art, design and adornment, LAÔMA ATELIER distinguishes itself through its avant-garde, poetic and sculptural language. The studio reimagines jewelry as a medium of artistic expression, with fluid and molten forms, sensual surfaces, and deliberate tension between fragility and strength. The brand embodies mindful design, where craftsmanship, material responsibility and conceptual depth converge.
Founded in 2021 by sisters Laura and Martine Feiereisen, the studio emerged from their shared artistic practice and fascination with the transformative resonance of objects. In their latest collection, the jewellers cast natural rose thorns from their
own garden into metal, transforming ephemeral elements into enduring sculptural
forms, a poetic gesture that captures the dialogue between fragility and strength, ephemerality and endurance.
Their creations have appeared in editorials across publications such as Gen V Magazine, Grazia Australia, One Magazine, Cara Magazine, French Fries Magazine and Sicky Magazine.
